Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee

Client Responsibilities

• Provide adequate access to the cleaning area
• Remove or secure valuable and fragile items

• Be present during service or provide clear access instructions

Quality Assurance

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction. In some cases, we may offer re-cleaning at no additional charge.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Davao City, Philippines.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
